    Late delivery and missing/ broken items on two separate occasions. Seems to do everything for the benefit of their time scale to the detrement of the paying customer. Had to make a 6 hour round trip to personally pick up the items they seemed incapable of delivering. Then they were about to let me start the long journey home when I realised an essential part was missing! This company is beyond hopeless. Not impressed at all!
