  Girlfriends Car went in for routine warranty work as her 3 year old golf was leaking water and had bubbling on my alloys, car was kept for 7 days before it was even looked at, The manager phoned to say the bubbling on the alloys was not covered under warranty even tho there were no scuff marks on the alloys, then continued to say it’s “my word against yours and what I say goes”. Car was not hoovered as expected and the marks from the water on the seats where not even attempted to be removed. Can’t help but feel incredibly let down by Volkswagen and even more annoyed by a very rude manger. Very poor customer service will definitely not be visiting the Merthyr Tydfil branch again...
