  Had a really bad experience in this store, customer service advisor did not give me correct information on recycling my handset and was giving half the money we agreed and then went back to store to be told there was nothing they could do to get my phone back as I did not wish to sell it for that price I was told it was basically tuff as it had to be done and we were advised this at point of sale (which we wasn't at all ) store manager is rude and abrupt and has 0 customer service skills would advise people to either go to a different store or go to a different network provider as how he can run a store like that I will never know. had all m y issues solved by customer service agents and managers in call centre (which they were amazing and helped like customer advisors and agents should) disgusted by their response and the way they dealt with this issue and will not be returning
