  Staff were lovely. The coffee shop is amazing and when I was there they came around with complimentary cake to sample. This was a new line and absolutely lovely. Coffee and hot chocolate was to die for

  Horrendous Christmas click and collect. I booked a 30 minute slot 9am to 9.30am. Arrived at 8.45am and got out at 11am. We were queuing outside in the freezing call dodging cars. There were a lot of elderly in the queue which was completely unacceptable. I have used this service for many years and it has worked seamlessly. In the past the orders were in crates ready to collect.... this year everything was just on the shelves with staff having to run about collecting all the stuff and then shouting to get stuff back out of the store. Disaster. The staff were telling everyone to complain. Supposedly its a new manager this year, but they have 40 years experience!
