  Phoned to ask about a blank cap screw for the drain after dishwasher draining pipe removal and needed to seal off the end to stop water leaking. Called to ask for a 1 and a 1/4 inch one. Man on phone stated we have a three four (stated as that). I said sorry a what? He said a three four. I then clicked that he meant a three quarter inch one. What sort of term is a three four? So I said so that's a no then - you don't have a one and quarter inch screw! Terrible. Even if that is how plumbers might speak I am not a plumber I am a woman with a hole in her sink that needs a cap for it Either be a trade only or public and trade company and speak so we can all understand you! Even then, If I ask for 1 and a 1/4 and you only have a 3/4 I don't want to know if you have something that I don't want only if you have something that I do!

  Not as big as the older store, but clean and will have what you need. Only down side is too expensive. You can get the exact same stuff at screwfix for a lot cheaper.
